Since 2019, Fiona has been actively involved in the construction industry, gaining extensive experience in financial management, project coordination, and business operations. Her passion for supporting underrepresented businesses and fostering industry growth led her to establish Azalea Contracting, LLC, where she is dedicated to delivering high-quality workmanship, efficient project management, and seamless collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
Fiona earned a double degree in Finance and Humanities for Leadership from Seattle University in 2019, equipping her with a deep understanding of financial strategy, leadership, and organizational management. She further expanded her expertise by completing the University of Washington Foster School of Business Ascend Seattle Program, which focuses on accelerating the growth of businesses owned by underrepresented groups.
